Alternative interviewing techniques help meet employers' needs June 26

Bax Global
In January, 1999 our affiliate in St. Louis, The Kirdonn
Group, signed an exclusive contract with Bax Global to find 63 sales reps for a
major expansion. The goal was to have this accomplished by June, 1999. First
Interview affiliates began by locating and recruiting seven Sales Managers.
These managers then hired 34 account executives, 10 sales coordinators, 4
global account managers and 4 national account managers. Bax Global continues
to work with the Kirdonn Group in filling of special needs on an as needed
basis.
Sprint - Voice Data
The Voice Data Division of Sprint is a new venture
involved with E-Commerce. In March, 1999 Global Telecommunications and The
Kirdonn Group of Kansas City were selected as Sprints primary recruiting
service for this new start up division. Our goal was to place 42 sales reps by
April, 1999. We successfully recruited and placed 32 sales reps that were ready
for the April 10th training class. The Voice Data Division continues to work
with our Network to recruit a variety of sales positions.
